This applies to all cards using the magnetic scanner, such as EZ-link cards. It is a problem when people try to scan the cards in their wallets or bags but have two usable cards, leading to the system being unable to recognise which card to detect.
To solve this problem, put a piece of aluminum foil between the two cards. This will block the sensor from detecting the other card. Do remember to use the correct side of your wallet/bag/other items though! Test it out first, just in case. The card does not scan if it is directly beside the aluminum foil. It has to be at least one card away, or at the other side of your wallet.
